  • 1 euro of turnover equals 1 mile.
  • 1 single mile will be credited to your mileage account immediately after booking.
  • You will receive the remaining miles 2 weeks after your return. In case of cancellation, the claim for collecting miles expires.

Miles & More members can now also use their award miles to book travel or travel insurance at their Lufthansa City Center Niederrhein. Use your miles for top advice when traveling.

  • Applies to selected package tours and cruises that allow payment through Lufthansa City Center.
  • It is always possible to redeem miles for in-house events and travel insurance with HanseMerkur.
  • You can pay for your trip or insurance either partially or fully with miles.
  • Simply present your Miles & More service card to our travel agency when booking your trip and determine in real time how many miles you want to use for payment.
  • If it is possible to redeem miles, we will take care of everything.
  • 330 miles correspond to 1 euro of turnover. A minimum of 3,000 miles must be used.
  • The amount to be paid decreases in line with the award miles used.
  • Valid only at a local Lufthansa City Center travel agency or when booking by phone.
