Miles & More is Europe's leading loyalty program for mobile people. Nearly 30 years of experience and collaboration with around 200 partner companies worldwide make Miles & More GmbH, the operator of the program based in Frankfurt am Main, an expert in successful customer acquisition and retention. In the core markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland in particular, the program's partners benefit from access to a demanding target group. The company started in Germany in 1993 with seven program partners and has been an independent company as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG since September 2014.

Redeem miles at our travel agency
Miles & More members can now also use their award miles to book travel or travel insurance at their Lufthansa City Center Niederrhein. Use your miles for top advice when traveling.
- Applies to selected package tours and cruises that allow payment through Lufthansa City Center.
- It is always possible to redeem miles for in-house events and travel insurance with HanseMerkur.
- You can pay for your trip or insurance either partially or fully with miles.
- Simply present your Miles & More service card to our travel agency when booking your trip and determine in real time how many miles you want to use for payment.
- If it is possible to redeem miles, we will take care of everything.
- 330 miles correspond to 1 euro of turnover. A minimum of 3,000 miles must be used.
- The amount to be paid decreases in line with the award miles used.
- Valid only at a local Lufthansa City Center travel agency or when booking by phone.
